monome - Algorithmic ecosystem: a dynamic, musical event triggering platform.

Scripts are assigned to each of the eight trigger inputs. Herein you can set CV values (four outputs) and trigger gates (four outputs) with extended functionality for pattern manipulation, slews, randomness, sequences, basic arithmetic, stacks, delays, and much more.

Edit scripts with a USB keyboard which plugs into the front panel. Syntax is simple and easy to learn with the provided tutorials, video, and reference pages. Teletype runs without the keyboard attached: you might treat editing as precomposition, or leave the keyboard plugged in for live coding.

The Subtle Art Of Not Making Mistakes with PCB Design For Manufacturing | Seeed Studio Blog - Getting your PCB design manufactured is no easy feat. Given the complexity of PCB design and manufacturing, there are plentiful chances for PCB failure to occur. Some of these failures can be a result of bad component placement and routing. If you arrange your components without consideration for the manufacturing process, chances are that you are going end up with a hideous board that doesn’t even work. - , - posted by dpp - 2019-04-04

We trained an artificial neural network to listen to a Cavemaster album for two days and generate 10 hours of audio. From this, Cavemaster themselves curated and arranged the album, added samples, titled the album and tracks, and made an album cover. We ran their album cover through neural style transfer, using parts of itself as the style.

Bjørn Karmann › project_alias - Alias is a teachable “parasite” that is designed to give users more control over their smart assistants, both when it comes to customisation and privacy. Through a simple app the user can train Alias to react on a custom wake-word/sound, and once trained, Alias can take control over your home assistant by activating it for you.

When you don't use it, Alias will make sure the assistant is paralysed and unable to listen by interrupting its microphones.
